The latest products released by the ambitious leader of luxury phone sales, Vertu, show that the company will never fail to disappoint us with new products and the huge price tags we’ve all come to expect from them. This time, there were four phones released, all of which are made out of gold. The 215,000 dollar price tag ensures that none of us not-so-rich folk will be able to get our hands on them. But even then, we will still have that unsatisfied feeling knowing that that phone we bought for a few hundred is just a replica.

The four phones are named Kikusui, Nanten, Daigo, and Kinko, showing that these phones have a strictly Japanese theme. I personally think Vertu should add more radical technological features into their phones, although we all know that the company is all about luxury and looks, earning huge amounts of money selling good-looking phones with functions that have been around since 10 years ago.

On a further note, Vertu is not the only company that is busy expanding their market.
