Western Union is a world-wide payment method widely used by merchants from all countries. It has as many advantages as disadvantages perhaps (which we’ll refrain from dwelling upon for now), but still remains a preferred method for payment exchange for trans-continental transactions.

It is very simple and is usually filled by the agent. You should, though, always double- and even triple-check all the details, since one missed or mistyped letter in any of the details blocks the receiver from cashing the transfer. Of course, you’ll be able to rectify the mistake free of charge by going to the agent and asking him to change the details.
